At Moshalang Fresh Produce, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality produce with every order. Because our products are perishable, our refund and returns policy is limited to 24 hours after delivery. If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the affected items. This helps us verify the issue and maintain our quality standards.
Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept physical returns of products. Instead, any claims will be assessed based on:

The condition of the items at the time of delivery

Proof of purchase or your order confirmation
Items must be unused and stored properly upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered, including:

Fresh fruits and vegetables

Prepared produce packs

Any product that by nature deteriorates rapidly
Other non-returnable items:

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery

Products not stored correctly after delivery, resulting in spoilage

Refund Process
Once we receive your request and review the information provided, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing time has passed:
